Customer Education Seminars
Blue Cross Blue Shield and Blue Care Network of Michigan host a series of half-day seminars for the contact personnel of our group customers. Agents are welcome to attend with clients. There is no charge for these seminars, but we do require pre-registration. Please complete our online pre-registration two (2) weeks prior to the seminar.
Seminar topics include:
- Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (COBRA)
- Medicare — Traditional Medicare, Supplemental Coverage, Medicare Advantage Plans and Medicare Secondary Payer Legislation
Sign-in begins 30 minutes prior to each seminar, which start promptly at the designated time.
