Same network features as our Traditional Plus plan, but covers only preventive care services
Community Dental
A PPO dental plan that provides coverage both in- and out-of-network
Exclusive Dental
An EPO dental plan that covers only emergency care outside the PPO network
Blue Dental ChoiceSM
A voluntary dental plan with group rates — employer offered, employee paid.
