Gives members the freedom to choose any licensed dentist anywhere.
Blue Dental EPOSM
This low cost, full-service plan requires members to use the Dental Network of America Preferred Network. Members are responsible for all costs if they see an out-of-network dentist. Emergency care may be covered outside the network.
