  • Blues ID card: You use a single ID card with a BCN HMO HRA designation for health care services and to access HRA funds.
  • Online account information: You may check the amount in your HRA account and look up recent transactions and year-to-date information. You may also call the toll-free number on the back of your Blues ID card to get this information.
