Flexible BlueSM (Health Savings Plan)
Flexible Blue is a medical plan combined with a health savings account. Two plan options are available: Plan 1500 (lower copay and deductible) and Plan 2500 (lower monthly premiums).
Flexible Blue plans offer:

- Flexible Blue Individual Dental and maternity benefits optional
