Call 1-800-842-3600 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. to speak with a service representative regarding FEP benefit inquiries. This is also the customer service phone number for patients enrolled in a FEP plan. You can also call 1-800-840-4505 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. for an interactive voice response that will provide FEP benefit information.
