Michigan Anticoagulation Quality Improvement initiative — MAQI2

Description: The purpose of this CQI is to systematize and coordinate anticoagulation care in a proactive and consistent manner by assessing quality of care and risk-adjusted acute and long-term outcomes of patients receiving anticoagulation care. The MAQI2 CQI will be led by a BCBSM-contracted coordinating center that will work with participating anticoagulation service providers.
